Snow Covered Volanoes
Photographer: Raylean Garvey - BDP International México,S.A.de C.V.
.Iztaccíhuatl and Popocatépetl volcanoes covered in snow as seen from Cuicuilco archaeological site, Mexico City, Mexico. Most of the year you cannot see the volcanoes from Mexico City which are located 70km outside the capital, but at times they are clearly visible.
.Note: Raylean originally submitted a beautiful, landscape image
displaying two snow covered volcanoes for the contest.
Unfortunately, we were unable to successfully post the image
due to size restrictions on Blogger.
The picture above is Raylean's replacement for the contest.
Florida Palm Tree

This picture was taken on a foggy New Year's Day morning
at St. Mark's National Wildlife Refuge in Florida.
Hot Spring Cooking
.
There are a lot of hot springs in Taiwan. I not only enjoy having hot spring here
but also having hot spring cooking.
Some kind of hot springs can boil eggs even noodles and sweet corns.
It only takes few minutes to boil the delicious hot spring eggs.
Hot spring is one kind of natural resources. It’s GREEN and FREE.

.
Welcome to the BDP York-US enviro-center.
During the first week, our office collected 60 soda cans. Week 2 netted 94 cans.
The cans are donated to a local senior citizen who uses the proceeds for ice cream money.
